<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a polyester container for medical care having heat resistance, a small amount of an extract with dioxane and excellent barrier properties. CONSTITUTION: This polyester container for medical care comprises an aromatic dicarboxylic acid containing >=50mol% 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid and a diol component and has 0.35-0.75dl/g intrinsic viscosity, <=1wt.% of an extract with dioxane, <=1.5×10<-12> cc$.cm/sec.cmHg coefficient of oxygen permeability and >=100 deg.C glass transition temperature.</p> |
