PURPOSE: To easily, accurately inspect the displacement of a terminal by comparing the area in a specified zone in a reflected image data from a metallic positive terminal of battery terminals with the area in an applicable zone. CONSTITUTION: An image processing device 16 processes a reflected image data of a metallic positive terminal of battery terminals 5 inputted from a CCD camera 13 as a binary digit of light and darkness, and lets to conform the central point of the positive terminal to a previously set reference value. In this state, the region of the reflected image data is specified in an applicable zone, and a light part or a dark part in the specified region is processed again as a binary digit. The processing device 16 compares the area of the light part or the dark part in the specified region calculated on a substance under inspection with the area of the light part or the dark part in a specified region in a reference state previously stored to classify as good or bad. |
