PURPOSE: To make it possible to clamp a handle with hands and remove an air filter more easily by giving a dust penetration preventive function to the air filter. CONSTITUTION: An air filter 1 is mounted between an air intake and a heat exchanger in an indoor unit of an air conditioner. The air filter 1 is provided with a function designed to prevent the penetration of dust while a handle 2 is installed thereto so as to remove the air filter. It is, therefore, possible to remove the air filter 1 easily by clamping the handle 2 with hands 3.
