<p>PURPOSE: To secure the safety of a decentralized fail-safe system by detecting the reception of wrong input data through a receiver controller and sending this fact to a state monitoring device in a system where an object to be controlled is controlled by plural scattered controllers. CONSTITUTION: When the input (control instruction) data are inputted from the outside of the system, a distribution processing part 2 transfer the input data to the control processing parts 1 (1-1 to 1-n). Thus each part 1 carries out the control of a controlled system 4. At the same time, the state information on the object to be controlled 4 in which the control execution results are reflected, is sent to a state monitor processing part 3. The part 3 checks whether the system state is controlled as designated by the input data or not based on the received data. Then, each part 1 prevents the output of the data on the dangerous side by detecting the reception of wrong input data and sending this fact to the part 3.</p> |
