FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: resistance enhancement to hyperthermia is attained in experiment by administration the combination of relanium (5 mg/kg) with sodium hydroxybutyrate (500 mg/kg) 30 min before hyperthermia onset into stomach of white rats by gavage. It is recommended the combined oral administration 10 mg relanium with 2 g sodium hydroxybutyrate before hyperthermia onset. Seduxen (Hungary) or sibazon (Russia) can be used instead of relanium (Poland) as its pharmacoanalogs. A single dose of relanium and its pharmacoanalogs can be at therapeutic range from 5 to 20 mg. Sodium hydroxybutyrate can be replaced for lithium hydroxybutyrate at the same dose, i. e. 2 g orally. Proposed agent enhances organism resistance to hyperthermia due its effect on the central nervous and cardiovascular systems rather then due to heat limitation input in organism from external sources as in the case of heat-protective outfit use. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of agent. |
