FIELD: metal dismountable bridges, and more properly referred to transportable dismountable bridges, assembled using guide beam. SUBSTANCE: machine for assembly and installation of guide beam and bridge blocks includes base motor vehicle, platform with outriggers, assembly table with slots, and guide mechanism. The first section of guide beam is fastened to slots by rollers. Waterside abutments, assembly table and the platform are interconnected by cantilever through hinges. Hinge axles pass through eyes in corners of corner plate. Eyes of two other corners in each corner plate are hinged to stems of hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic stems are hinged to lateral faces of assembly table and the platform. Support frame, mechanism of lengthwise and crosswise travel of guide beam sections are placed on the platform. Treadway guides, drive of sections crosswise drawing, guide frame with hydraulic cylinders of lengthwise opening of bridge blocks. The hydraulic cylinders are placed in removable cantilevers. Waterside supports are fastened to guide frame through cross bars. All sections of guide beam are placed on the platform. The sections include semi-sections interconnected with hinges. The hinges are coaxial to axles of assembly table and platform cantilevers. The semi-sections are stocked in shipping. Semi-automatic butt joints are placed just opposite each hinge in lower reinforcing booms of each semi-section. Lower semi-sections are fastened to the platform, upper semi-sections are fastened to the assembly table. EFFECT: increased rate of assembling at the expense of decreased number of butt joints and shorter time to assembly the joints. 6 cl, 15 dwg |
