发明名称 PROCESSING METHOD OF SEASONING LAVER
摘要 The seasoning laver is prepd. by spraying seasoning's solution in fresh laver 1-10 times and baking at 150-200 deg. C for 5-60 sec. and cutting and then final goods is obtained. Seasoning's solution is composed of 30-90% water, 5-50% dextrin, 10-60% molasses, 1-10% salt, 1-10% chemical seasoning and 1-5% extract of seafoods, 1-10% sugar and soysauce. Amount of spray is 0.5-80% of dried fresh laver. The seasoning laver has good polish and fine flavor.
