摘要 FIELD: stained glasses for illumination engineering. SUBSTANCE: claimed glass has uniform absorption within wavelength of 800-1800 nm and syn°thesis temperature of 1340-1360 C. Glass may be used as light filters that attenuate uniformly the IR radiation flux within spectral region of 800-1800 nm. The composition of the glass is as follows; (wt %): 58-62 SiO; 1-3 AlO; 0.05-1.0 CoO; 0.1-6.0 NiO; 12-20 BO; 3-6 ZnO; 1-3 NaO; and/or 12-17 KO total content of sodium and potassium oxides being within 12-17 %. Choice of the range for alkalis is dictated by the following reasons: (1) if total amount of NaO and KO is less than 12 %, the glass cooking temperature rises (2) if total amount of NaO and KO is more than 17 %, chemical stability of the glass deteriorates. EFFECT: improved quality of the glass.
