FIELD: mechanical engineering; manufacture of pumps and compressors. SUBSTANCE: during rotation of rotor, two rollers enter and leave in turn grooves in housing and rotor, thus changing the working volume of machine between housing, end plate, fixed roller fitted in housing and movable roller received by rotor groove. Geometry of grooves provides change-over based on theory and practice of cam mechanisms and overrunning clutch. Geometry of grooves in housing and in rotor shall ensure change-over of rollers at their geometric closing and geometry of rotor groove excludes seizing of rotor roller since tangent angle of groove and rotor exceeds angle of seizing; grooves have smooth change-over, without sharp edges. EFFECT: enhanced durability. |
