FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method for diagnosis of atherosclerosis includes investigation of the femoral artery in the region of fusion of superficial and deep femoral veins with the needed zone in the artery wall and adjacent paravesical fat, determination of the value of the most frequent pixels in the investigated zone (l) relative to this point, separation of the scale gray base into two intervals expressed in scale units, determination of relation between the piece from the scale beginning to projection of point L, to the value of piece from this point to the end of the curvature, and disease is diagnosed by the relation value as compared with the norm. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnosis in evaluation of atherosclerotic process. |
