FIELD: production of sleeves from stainless steels in plants with rolling out mills. SUBSTANCE: rear table of a helical rolling mill includes arranged behind rolling mill 1 intermediate support 2, apparatus for charging new mandrels, arranged coaxially one with another at different sides of a rolling axis with possibility of rotation, and mechanism 4 for removing waste mandrels, a double-arm rocking drive lever, having a spring-loading assembly on its free arm, a stationary rest. The mechanism for removing the mandrels is in the form of rotating single-arm lever, mounted on the double-arm lever and having on its free end a front screen with a roller, engaging with a rod; on inner and outer surfaces of its other end a rear screen-stripper; mounted with possibility of engagement with the stationary rest, and a bracket, contacting with a bolt of the spring loading assembly are arranged respectively.
