FIELD: medicine; applicable in surgical treatment of rear instability of knee joint of medium severity. SUBSTANCE: method for active-dynamic treatment of rear instability of knee joint provides for formation of graft from medial portion of patella ligament with osseous fragment, its fastening by artificial materials dispositioned inside the graft. Before formation of osseous channel, point of outlet of the channel longitudinal axis is determined in the posteriorintertubercular fossa, and it is fixed and direction of drilling tool is preset to get to point of fixing. All actions are fulfilled under the arthroscopic control. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
