SUBSTANCE: method for determination of inflammatory processes in lungs includes investigation of the medium close by its properties to the inflammatory exudate. Method provides for testing the broncho-alveolar lavage fluid of the patients ill with chronic diseases of lungs. For this purpose, the lavage fluid is introduced into trachea of mice and in a day, its ability to provoke migration of leucocytes to the cavity of the respiratory tract of the mice-recipients is determined. EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation of inflammatory processes in patients ill with chronic diseases of respiratory organs.
