FIELD: industrial acoustic. SUBSTANCE: presented are sound absorbing panels. The utilizer has immovable case 1 of sound absorbing materials and membrane 2, that joins the case to form cavity 3 filled with air. Permanent magnets 4 are stationary installed in case 1. Winding 5 with equal number of coils 5 and magnets 4 is installed on internal (facing case 1) side of membrane 2 opposite each magnet. Coils 5 are interconnected in series. Step-up transformer 6, peak detector 7, charging capacitor 8, parametric stabilizer 9, automatic switch 10 are interconnected in series and connected to coil terminals.
