METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF DEFORMING GONARTHROSIS WITH IMPROPER KNITTING CONSOLIDATION OF FRACTURES OF TIBIA MEDIAL CONDYLE

FIELD: medicine; orthopedics and traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method for treatment of deforming gonarthrosis with improper knitting consolidation of fractures of tibia medial condyle includes performance of two-plane nonpenetrating into joint lifting rotatory osteotomy with preservation of intraarticular cicatricial tissue, fixation of mobilized condyle with the help of wires tensioned by the apparatus of exterior fixing, and lateral continuation of horizontal osteotomy above patellar ligament. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment of chronic fractures of tibia medial condyle complicated by deforming gonarthrosis.
