FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: agent: antitumor drug as tablets containing mixed cis-diamminedichlorodihydroxo-complexes of platinum and additional agents - sodium alginate and sodium hydrocarbonate. Mixed cis-diamminedichlorodihydroxo-complexes of platinum (IV) contain methylamine, ethylamine, propylamine, butylamine. Antitumor agent containing the mixed cis-diamminedichlorodihydroxo-complexes of platinum (IV) shows absence of nephrotoxicity, more expressed as compared with cis-platinum inhibition of metastasis growth, agent is active at oral administration, concentrates in tumor cells. Agent shows broaden therapeutic action spectrum as compared with cis-platinum. Proposed antitumor agent containing the mixed cis-diamminedichlorodihydroxo-complexes of platinum (IV) inhibits the development of sarcoma, adenocarcinoma, leukemia, Walker sarcoma, Geren carcinoma by 90-93%, 94-97%, 96-106%, 99%, 90-95%, respectively. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of agent proposed. |
