摘要 FIELD: satellite communications. SUBSTANCE: device has earth stations, each of which has unit for information input-output, power amplifier and antenna, to which transceiver is connected. Antenna is connected through communication channel to retransmitter, which is located on satellite. Retransmitter has antenna, which output is connected to receiver and power amplifier. Device also has communication control unit, satellite control unit. System for permanent connection between users' earth receiving-transmitting stations, which are directly connected to satellite by means of stationary high- directional antenna, includes six satellites which moves on elliptic orbits, which are located in different planes. Each orbit contains one satellite. Satellites are controlled from control station so that minimal angle shift with respect to earth stations belongs to width of beam pattern of earth stations. Device may be used in design of communication system for users' receiving-transmitting stations which are directly connected to satellite via stationary high- directional antennas. EFFECT: increased number of user stations.
