The surface of metal part is covered by the paste or poweder of bronizing agent. The method using a gas carburizing furnace or vacuum carburizing furnace keeps the 800-1100 deg.C temp. of furnace without protection gas presence and then cools down to Acm =F10 deg.C transit temp. to follows with oil cooling. This method can treat both carburizing and bororizing of metal in the same furnace simultaneously under the atmosphere of carburizing gas.
