发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING WIND-AND-DIESEL-ELECTRIC POWER PLANT
摘要 FIELD: off-line power systems using alternative power supplies, such as wind-powered generators and diesel-generators. SUBSTANCE: with several diesel-generators 1.1-1. N and wind-powered generators 4.1-4.N running in parallel, active currents through them are measured by means of transducers 10.1-10. N and 24.1-24.N, inverter current, by means of transducer 29, field voltage of wind-powered generator, by means of transducers 32.1-32.N, and supply frequency, by means of transducer 37. Present active loads of both generators are compared by comparators 11.1-11.N and 26.1-26.N with desired values. Difference signals are applied to servomotors 16.1-16.N and to thyristor exciters 5.1-5.N of wind-powered generator, and in each group load is equally shared between diesel-generators and wind-powered generators. Desired value of loads for each group of diesel-generators and wind-powered generators is obtained in adders 14 and 31 as a result of addition of average active current rated for diesel-generator by calculator 12 and for wind-powered generator by calculator 27 to desired supply frequency deviation signal shaped by transducer 37 and comparator 38. The latter is connected at weak and moderate wind to adder 14 and then diesel-generators run as driving sets with astatic frequency responses and carry main load of supply mains while wind-powered generators perform auxiliary functions and have static characteristics with equal speed droop obtained due to correction of signal speed droop in unit 30 at output of comparator 38 by current signal of inverter sent by current transducer 29. At strong wind, unit 30 is shorted out by contact 45.1 of relay 45 and comparator 38 is changed over to adder 31. This transfers wind-powered generators to driving mode and diesel-generators, to static characteristics to carry minimum permissible load. In the event of overload on exciters 5.1-5.N, signals sent by comparators 33.1-33.N disable voltage rise across overloaded wind-powered generator. EFFECT: use of potential power of group of wind-powered generators, uniform division of loads among the latter, improved accuracy of supply frequency stabilization, and elimination of overloads on diesel-generators and wind-powered generators. 1 dwg
