摘要 FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method for forming solid in chamber-like mining includes supply of filler, binder and air into the chamber. First boreholes are drilled in wall and roof of worked chamber at various levels. Then beginning from lower boreholes, step-by-step binder is supplied. Breaking out along lower row of boreholes in country rock of worked chamber is performed. Air is supplied to the boreholes of the worked chamber until lower row of the artificial solid to be formed is solid. Then the process is repeated until monolithic artificial solid is created through entire height of the chamber. Amount of binder is determined as function of volume of the rock to be broken out and its temperature, and needed final temperature of the artificial solid using the formula as follows:, where Vis amount of binder (cubic meters); Vis volume of the rock to be broken out (filler) (cubic meters); k if coefficient dependable of density and specific heat capacity of the binder and filler;, where ρis density of country rock (filler) (tone per cubic meter); ρis density of binder (filler) (kCal per kg multiplied by degree of Centigrade; Cspecific heat capacity of binder (water) kCal per kg multiplied by degree of Centigrade. In this case k = 0.5 - 1.0 (with Cranged from 2 to 4 tone per cubic meter). T- is final temperature of the artificial solid, degree of Centigrade; T- if initial temperature of country rock (filler), degree of Centigrade; T- is initial temperature of water (binder), degree of Centigrade. Besides chilled air is supplied step-by-step over boreholes drilled at different levels depending of that fraction of volume of the artificial solid, which is formed at the given stage. In so doing temperature of the supplied air is maintained within -5.0 to -10 degrees Centigrade. Air flow rate is maintained within 4 to 15 meter per second. EFFECT: decreased labour consumption, stability of artificial solid.
