FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, devices for combinative actions on reflexogenic zones and pathologic areas of body by magnetic fields and optical radiation of the infrared band emitted by light-emitting diodes and light-emitting diodes with coherent radiation (laser diodes). SUBSTANCE: in the device for magnetoinfrared therapy, using a cylindrical casing with an end face cover, magnets installed on a disc secured on the shaft of the electric motor positioned in the casing, and generating rotating magnetic field on the side of the casing end face cover, as well as infrared radiation sources in the form of light-emitting diodes and light-emitting diodes with coherent radiation, connected to the exciting system, the infrared radiation, connected to the exciting system, the infrared radiation sources are positioned on a partition located in the casing interior on the side of the disc opposite to the patient; the disc is made in the form of an obturator shaped in the plane of rotation having bosses with recesses for attachment of magnets in them and holes for periodic, transmission of infrared radiation in the direction of the casing end face cover; the cover has holes for passage of infrared radiation to the patient, they are coaxial with the light-emitting diodes. The device has at least one additional light- emitting diode, whose optical axis lies in the plane of the obturator located on the half of the height of the bosses with magnets and oriented in radial direction; the light-emitting diode is secured on the boss positioned on the inner side of the end face cover, and the casing has a hole on the lateral side to let out the infrared radiation, it is coaxial with the additional light-emitting diode. The device has a U-shaped obturator providing for simultaneous overlapping of all light-emitting diodes, and a unit used to change and select the obturator rotational speed.
