FIELD: processes for utilization of activated sludge form biological purification stations. SUBSTANCE: in order to utilize activated sludge, it is stabilized, decontaminated and heavy metals are bonded with cement. To this end, sludge is added as component to concrete mix in amount that renders the concrete mix adequately mobile, and lime is added in amount of 3-7 parts of the weight of dry sludge residue. The mix is than subjected to thermal and wet treatment at 30-35 C. High alkalinity of the mix (pH=11-12 or more) created by cement and elevated during thermal wet treatment make activated sludge reliably decontaminated and fully stabilized. Addition of activated sludge to the concrete mix composition makes it possible to eliminate expenses for water separation and decontamination, neutralization of heavy metals, transport or energy requirements when activated sludge is used as fertilizer or when it is burned up or also to replace industrial water in the concrete mix.
