FIELD: metallurgical industry, namely control of adjustment of rollers of continuous billet casting machines. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes a connectable template, in which a linear motion pickup is placed, a spring-loaded flexible member, whose contact surface is in the form of a sphere. In order to measure a gap between bandaged rollers the contact surface of the flexible member is being made cylindrical one; a width of the cylindrical portion of the surface should not be more than an interval between bandages. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of interroller gap control. |
