FIELD: reprocessing of plastic materials. SUBSTANCE: hose production line has pipe making unit with sheath coiling and sheath encapsulating devices, and hose assembling station, with all line parts mentioned being positioned between fitting feeding and final product receiving devices. Sheath coiling device of pipe making unit is supplied with reprocessed cable material. Cable producing device is mounted in front of pipe making unit and supply system prediction stand is positioned behind hose assembling station. Sheath coiling device is equipped with contraction detecting unit having roller-type multichannel casing. One of rollers is mounted on detachable suspension, which is brought into contact with position detector. EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider operational capabilities. 1 dwg |
