FIELD: ophthalmomicrosurgery. SUBSTANCE: temporal keratoprosthesis is used for ophthalmomicrosurgical vitreoretinal operations of wall eye and has optical cylinder with spherical prismatic optics and supporting detail to be fixed to peripheral parts of cornea. Property of keratoprosthesis optics and capability of optical cylinder to turn around supporting detail allows to survey both central and peripheral sections of vitreous body and retina. EFFECT: increase effectiveness of eye examination. |
