FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: microwave oscillator stabilized by dielectric cavity uses dielectric cavity operating on hybrid mode of microwave oscillations of the EH, type and placed under plane of oscillator circuit; it is electromagnetically coupled with output transmission line and two open sections of microstrip transmission lines connected to electrode leads of semiconductor active component. EFFECT: reduced frequency noise level near oscillator carrier frequency. |
