FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: prostaglandin E1 dinitroglycerol ester is an active substance of agent proposed. Proposed agent can be realized as hydrophilic polymeric gel containing prostaglandin E1 dinitroglycerol ester both at micellar and polymeric forms. Agent is applied on the surface of damaged skin as a thin layer both once and some times per a day depending on the pattern of pathological process. Agent causes the local vessel dilatation, decrease of platelet aggregation (that leads to the improved microcirculation), enhances regenerative processes at damaged site without expressed by-side effects on the systemic dynamics. Inclusion of indicated compound in the soft medicinal form, for example, gel allows to attain its high local concentration that is necessary for therapeutic effect attainment and to prevent its rapid biodegradation.
