PURPOSE: To easily work a cylindrical surface, in an X-ray converging device of a system for curving an X-ray reflecting mirror having the cylindrical surface to the X-ray optical path, and precisely set the dimension related to the curve. CONSTITUTION: In an X-ray converging device for converging an X-ray R emitted from an X-ray source P to one point B, an X-ray reflecting mirror 2 having a linearly extended cylindrical surface 4 having a semi-circular section is arranged on the optical path of the X-ray emitted from the X-ray source P, and a reflecting mirror bending device 5 is provided in order to curve the X-ray reflecting mirror 2 to be protruded in the right-angled direction to the X-ray optical path. The X-ray reflecting mirror 2 is formed by working one side surface of a square pole base material 3 to form the cylindrical surface 4, and evaporating an X-ray reflecting material such as Ni on the surface of the cylindrical surface 4. |
