<p>PURPOSE: To easily realize the lyophilization of dextran compounds substantially without causing any vial breakage by filling a glass vial for injection whose bottom part is curved inward with an aqueous composition containing a medicinal effective component and the dextran compounds and lyophilizing. CONSTITUTION: A mouth part 1, a shoulder part 2 and a side circumferential part 3 of a vial have each a shape same as that of a conventional general purpose glass vial. The overall length A of the vial is about 35mm-120mm normally and the outer diameter B about 18mm-40mm normally. Thickness of the side circumferential part 3 is, for example, about 0.7-2.5mm, preferably in a range of about 1.2-1.5mm. The bottom part 4 of the vial is curved inward to form a shape of a spherical crown, for instance. Generally, the thickness of the bottom part 4 may be, for example, about 0.7-2.5mm, preferably in a range of about 1.2-1.5mm. The degree of the curving of the bottom part 4 in terms of the height C at the center 6 of the curved part is set at 10-40%, preferably 15-35% per the outer diameter B of the vial when viewed from the ground part 5 of the vial.</p> |
