ANCHOVY BOILING APPARATUS

At an upper frame of a boiling tub, two lines of chain are installed in square shape by chain gears at four corners. The chains rotate simultaneously by the rotation of a chain gear at one corner. A fixing plate is mounted perpendicularly to the chains, where connection plate at both sides of reception frames for receiving anchovy plates are attached. Therefore, the reception frames pass through the boiling tub by the rotation of chains, and a hydraulic cylinder which pushes the anchovy plates to outside is installed at inner shaft of the chains.
