L is C-alkylene or C-alkenylene bound under definite conditions through O-atom with phenyl-group, or L is 1,4-phenylene; n = 0, or n = 0 or 1 if L has O-atom; Q is C-alkyl, C-alkenyl or a group of the formula ((Q′))where R is H, halogen, CF,, CN or NO; Rand Rare H, C-alkyl or halogen and Ris H or H or halogen if R - hydrogen, and pharmaceutically acceptable additive salts of acids for medicinal agents preparing that decrease cholesterol content, and also new compounds corresponding to the formula (I). EFFECT: synthesis of compounds indicated above used for cholesterol content decrease. |
