PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing a solid electrolyte type fuel cell having thermal stress resistance, constitution excellent in mechanical strength and high reliability. CONSTITUTION: In a method of manufacturing a flat plate support film system or cylindrical type solid electrolyte fuel cell, a binder is added to power of heat resistant alloy metal material to form a green molded product, and to this product after a sintering assistant is added, by burning in the pressure reducing inactive atmosphere, a metal powder sintered material is formed to obtain a cell base unit 36A. In the heat resistant alloy metal material, Ni-16Cr-7 Fe inconel 600 or Ni-22Cr-14W Haynes alloy 230 is used, and in the binder, stearic acid or serander is used. The pressure reducing inactive atmosphere is the atmosphere of nitrogen or argon, set to 0.2Torr to 0.5Torr. |
