<p>PURPOSE: To produce a pigment dispersed color filter without color unevenness by using red, green and blue coloring photosensitive resin and black photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION: In the method of producing a pigment dispersed color filter in which light shielding films on a substrate are formed of black photosensitive resin in which pigment or organic pigment and carbon black are dispersed, and in which red, green and blue coloring transparent layers arranged in regions divided by the light shielding film are formed out of coloring photosensitive resin which is made by dispersing an organic pigment in photosensitive resin, the formation of the light shielding films and the coloring transparent layer is made in increasing order of film thickness.</p> |
