PURPOSE: To provide a personnel affair official announcement integrated processing system for utilizing the registration information of a data base and integrally processing a series of personnel affair official annoucement related jobs including the printing of the letter of appointment and a notice, etc. CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a personnel affair master file 1 for storing a personnel affair master, a selection list preparation means 2 for extracting only the required information of candidates from the personnel affair master file 1, storing it in a personnel affair application file 3 and outputting a selection list, a personnel affair application file updating means 4 for updating the data of the personnel affair application file 3 and outputting an official announcement list 9 based on the final updated data, a document pattern file 5 for storing the patterns of documents for the various kinds of official announcements, an official annoucement document batch preparation means 6 for extracting the pertinent document pattern from the document pattern file 5 by the updated data of the personnel affair application file 3 and printing the letter 10 of appointment and a notice document 11 with the date of the official announcement and a personnel affair master updating means 7 for automatically updating the personnel affair master on the day of the official announcement. The preparation of the selection list, the batch printing of the letter of appointment and the notice document and the updating of the personnel affair master are performed. |
