<p>PURPOSE: To make an apparatus compact in size by simplifying the structure, and surely eject a tape cassette even with a small manipulation force. CONSTITUTION: When a tape cassette is to be ejected, an engaging part 6B of a head plate 6 is engaged with engaging parts 7F, 7G of a cassette holder 7, thereby engaging/holding the head plate 6. At the same time, the elastic force of elastic means 15, 16 urging the head plate 6 towards the cassette holder 7 is let to act as the elastic force in a direction to open the cassette holder 7. When the cassette holder 7 is turned and returned from the eject position, a rotary cam lever 29 of a holder lock mechanism 25 holding the cassette holder 7 is engaged with the engaging part 6B of the head plate 6, and the elastic force of the elastic means 15, 16 are used as the elastic force of a holder lock lever 27 locking the cassette holder 7.</p> |
