<p>PURPOSE: To display a control mode with high reliability by periodically outputting the characters of control mode display from a controller to a display device one by one. CONSTITUTION: The control mode is set by transmitting mode setting information 6 from a host side computer 4 to controllers 1-3. When the control mode is set from the host computer, in the controllers 1-3, the set mode of its own device is respectively transmitted to the host side computer 4 by mode display information 7 in the cycle of two seconds. In the host computer 4, the characters transmitted from the controllers 1-3 are successively rearranged from the first character string No and transmitted to a display device 5 so that the control mode can be displayed. Moreover, the host computer 4 compares and checks the control mode displayed on the display device 5 with the set mode of the last set mode setting information in the cycle of two seconds, when both the modes are coincident, the character string of a space is transmitted to the display device 5, and the control mode displayed on the display device 5 is erased.</p> |
