PURPOSE: To obtain a multilayer magnetic alloy thin strap which has a high permeability in a wide magnetic flux density range and wide frequency range and is less in loss by constituting the thin strap of at least one amorphous-phase layer and at least one crystal-phase layer having a hyperfine crystal structure. CONSTITUTION: A two-layer magnetic alloy thin strap consisting of an amorphous phase and a hyperfine crystal phase composed of crystals having an average crystal grain size of <=50mm is manufactured. The amorphous phase is composed of Fea Sib Bc Xd (at.%), where X represents at least one kind selected from among Nb, Ta, Mo, W, Cr, and V and a, b, c, and d meet the formulae 70<=a<=85, 5<=b<=20, 9<=c<=20, 0<=d<=10, and a+b+c+d=100. The crystal phase is composed of Fex Siy Bz Cuv Yw (at.%), where the Y represents at least one kind selected from among Nb, Ta, Mo, and W and the (x), (y), (z), (v), and (w) meet the formulae 70<=x<=85, 5<=y<=20, 9<=z<=20, 3<=v<=3, 1<=w<=5, and x+y+z+v+w=100. |
