PURPOSE: To supply power to a package without using signal pins in the connection part of a back wiring board, and reduce the voltage drop in a pattern on the back wiring board to be negligible, regarding a package power feeding equipment which supplies power to a package connected with a shelf. CONSTITUTION: An engaging part 8 and an engaging part 12 of a package printed board 7 are engaged with both ends of a tab 2 of a back wiring board 1, respectively. An engaging part 9 and an engaging part 13 of the package printed board 7 are engaged with both ends of a tab 3 of the back wiring board 1, respectively. A package side connector 10 of the package printed board 7 and a connector 18 are engaged with both ends of a signal terminal group 4, respectively. |
