PURPOSE: To realize a high speed operation and noise prevention in a solid state relay(SSR) using MOSFET. CONSTITUTION: In an SSR having an LED3, a PVD4 and MOSFET19, an FTr6 and LED7 irradiating the FTr6 with light are provided in the middle of the PVD4, further, an FTr9 operating by receiving the light of an LED8 is connected between the collector 10 of the FTr6 and the cathode 11 of PVD4, and an FTr12 between the emitter 13 and the anode 14 of the PVD4, respectively. The LED7 and the LED8 are connected to the input 16 and the output 17 of an invertor for control input 15. The voltage of the PVD4 is switched to high and low by the presence or absence of a control input to a control input terminal 18, and a system can be switch-controlled to the high speed operation or the slow operation of noise prevention or a high speed and stable on- operation. |
