<p>PURPOSE: To speedily detect the battery residual value with the relatively high accuracy by eliminating the adverse effect of the noise which occurs in evaluating the battery residual amount. CONSTITUTION: A sub CPU20 converts a 1st digital current value which is converted by an A/D conversion part of the sub CPU20 converting an analog current value monitored by an analog I/F unit 24 into the 1st digital current value for each cycle into the 2nd digital current value which is added and subtracted by the allowable conversion value set in advance by the sub CPU20. It discriminates whether the fluctuation between the converted 2nd digital current value and the 1st digital current value is converging in the allowable conversion value. When the fluctuation of the 1st digital current value is converging in the allowable conversion value, the inner buffer holds it as the discharge current value of the secondary battery.</p> |
