<p>PURPOSE: To improve the quality of a liquid crystal display device by controlling the lowering of the quality of display being due to the size difference of various photomasks. CONSTITUTION: Patterning is carried out so that the exposure coupling position of the thin film layer of a gate electrode may be located at a position shown by brocken lines a-1, b-1 on a glass substrate 1, and patterning is carried out so that the exposure coupling position of the thin film layer of a drain electrode may be located at a position which is different from an exposure coupling position shown by broken lines a-3, b-3 being different from the exposure coupling position of the thin film layer of the gate electrode, and pattering is carried out so that the exposure position of the other thin film layer may be located at exposure coupling position shown by broken lines a-2, b-2 being different from the exposure coupling positions of the thin film layers of the gate electrode and of the drain electrode.</p> |
