PURPOSE: To provide a hot water and water mixer in which the overshoot and the undershoot of mixture hot water temperature generated at the time of regulating the flow rate are reduced. CONSTITUTION: Flow rate regulating time energization amount setting means 31 for setting energization amount based on storage deviationΔTm stored in response to an input signal is provided. When there is the input signal of altering the flow rate setting from flow rate setting means 27, a flow rate regulating valve 23 is started to be driven, and a mixing valve 18 is driven. Accordingly, the delay of detecting the deviationΔT is prevented, and the overshoot and the undershoot generated at the time of altering a mixture hot water volume, i.e., altering the flow rate can be reduced.
