PURPOSE: To reduce the oxygen concentration of an inert atmosphere even if the supply amount of inert gas is decreased in the case of reflow soldering a printed board printed and coated with non-cleaning solder paste and to uniformly heat the board by reducingΔt. CONSTITUTION: A printed board is heated by hot air diffused obliquely from two blast outlets 4 toward a center. Since the hot air diffused from the two outlets 4 is sucked from a central suction port 3 and again diffused from the outlet in a self-circulation, low oxygen concentration can be held without influence to the adjacent heaters.
