PURPOSE: To grasp the distribution of electrostatic charging easily. CONSTITUTION: The static electricity detector 10 comprises a matrix liquid crystal panel 12 having a plurality of stripe electrodes X1 , X2 , X3 , ... in the direction of X axis and a plurality of stripe electrodes Y1 , Y2 , Y3 , ... in the direction of Y axis, contactors P1 , P2 , P3 , ... connected with the stripe electrodes X1 , X2 , X3 , ... respectively, and a plurality of series resistors R1 , R2 , R3 , ...of different resistance having one ends connected with the stripe electrodes Y1 , Y2 , Y3 , ... respectively and the other ends being grounded. The static electricity detector further comprises a neutralization resistor 14 having one end connected with the contactors P1 , P2 , P3 , ... and the other end being ground, and a switch 16 inserted between the contactors P1 , P2 , P3 , ... and one end of the neutralization resistor 14 in order to connect or disconnect them. |
