PURPOSE: To provide a schedule adjusting system capable of efficiently executing conference setting or the like by organically coupling a schedule managing function with a mail function. CONSTITUTION: The schedule adjusting system is provided with schedule managing parts 4a, 4b for managing the schedules of respective users of client computers 2a, 2b, mail transmitting/receiving parts 5a, 5b for transmitting/ receiving mail between computers 2a, 2b and control parts 3a, 3b for driving and controlling the schedule managing parts 4a, 4b and the mail transmitting/ receiving parts 5a, 5b so that a mail for requesting the reference of schedules to the other server computer is transmitted, and when the schedule reference request mail is transmitted from the other server computer, a schedule corresponding to the schedule display request mail is retrieved from among managing schedules and the retrieved schedule is returned as a mail. |
