PURPOSE: To reduce the mounting space by locating, between a liquid crystal display member and a first flexible printed board, a conductive press-contact member for electrically connecting the liquid crystal display member with the first flexible printed board, and locating a second flexible printed board in a space formed in the conductive press-contact member. CONSTITUTION: Between a liquid crystal display member 11 made of LCD and a first flexible printed board 13 for connection, a pair of conductive press- contact rubber members 15 for electrically connecting the liquid crystal display member 11 with a contact pattern 13a of the printed board 13 are located at a predetermined distance. On the upper side of the printed board 13, a second flexible printed board 17 for transmission having mounting parts like an IC loaded thereon is provided. The printed board 13 is set on a base 19, and a rectangular wall 19a for housing the contact pattern 13a of the printed board 13 is formed on the base 19. A cut-out is formed in the wall 19a, and the flexible printed board 17 for transmission is inserted. Thus, the mounting space is significantly reduced. |
