<p>PURPOSE: To easily conduct the measuring of the winding tension amount of various kinds of tapes in non-contact manner on a tape face without stopping in tape running. CONSTITUTION: Infrared light of an infrared emission diode 1 is cast on the tape face 4 in the nearly intermediate of rollers 22, 23 and nearly the center of a tape width direction receiving the running tape through a light projection lens 3, and light energy in which the reflected light is received on a distance detection element 6 through an aspherical lens is converted into an electric level. The light energy is made to be data through a differential amplifier 15, a peak holder 16 and an A/D convertor, and is supplied to a computer 18. At the time of measurement pressure wind 7 is supplied to a pressure wind blower 13 through a wind sending pipe 12, and the distance of an infrared light reflection light path of the tape face 4 and the distance detection element 6 is changed in accordance with a tape tension amount. Its change amount is calculated and processed by the computer 18 and shown on a display.</p> |
