<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the height and outward projection width of an external housing peripheral edge part by making dot electrodes and a common line form exposed parts exposed in the other surface by passing through a through hole penetrating a substrate in the thickness direction, and mounting a switching element on the other surface of the substrate by interposition between the exposed parts. CONSTITUTION: The 1st substrate is provided with an edge part 11 which projects to outside the part facing a 2nd substrate 2, and the dot electrodes 4 are formed at the edge part 11 while maintaining electric conduction to a conductive film 10 on the surface. On the surface side of the edge part 11 of the 1st substrate 1, the common line 5 is extended along inside the array line of the dot electrodes 4. Then the dot electrodes 4 and common line 5 are passed through the through holes 12 and 13 penetrating the 1st substrate 1 in the thickness direction to form the exposed parts in the other surface, and the switching element 7 is interposed between the exposed parts and mounted on the other surface of the 1st substrate 1. Consequently, the height and outward projection width of the external housing peripheral edge part fringing an input surface are reduced to improve the usability.</p> |
