PURPOSE: To provide a stroboscopic device in which the energy converting efficiency required for charge can be improved to reduce the consumption of a battery. CONSTITUTION: The battery check voltage of a power source battery 1 in the state where a load circuit is operated is detected by a battery check voltage detecting circuit 15. A control circuit 16 switches and fixes the secondary side of an oscillating transformer 8 to a S2 side having a small winding ratio by a winding ratio switching control circuit 13 to perform a booster operation when the battery check voltage is higher than a prescribed value, and switches and fixes it to a S1 side having a large winding ratio by a winding ratio switching control circuit 15 to perform the booster operation when the battery check voltage is lower than the prescribed value, so that a light emitting part circuit 14 can be charged by this output, whereby the charging time is uniformed regardless of the level of the battery voltage to improve the energy converting efficiency, and the consumption of the battery 1 is reduced. |
