PURPOSE: To prevent a credit card from illegally being used by purchasing a season ticket by using an other's credit card. CONSTITUTION: A decision means 25 collates the pieces of bear information included in the card information of a credit card(CC) that is read by a card reading means 17 and the old commutation ticket information of an old season ticket(TA) that is read by a ticket processing means 18 with each other to decide whether or not they match each other, the card information of the credit card read by the card reading means 17 is transmitted by a communication control means 22 to the credit card issue source to inquire whether or not the credit card(CC) is usable, and when the pieces of bearer information of the credit card(CC) and old season ticket(TA) match each other and the credit card(CC) is usable, a ticket processing means 18 issues a new season ticket. |
